If you want to become an active family, you must encourage your family to find fun activities every season. There should be an aim of 30 minutes for adults and 60 minutes for children of balanced activity - no matter the weather.

When the weather turns cold, jogging and cycling, become difficult on the snow and ice-even it was unsafe too. Encourage yourself to enjoy this weather. Don't let it be an excuse to reduce your exercise routine. Try out these indoor exercises.

4. Workout

Staying fit is necessary but going to the gym is optional. Yes, you can go to the gym to work out. You can develop your mini-workout routine while indoors during winter. Skipping, crunches, push-ups, etc., are some healthy workout options that can be practiced at home.
